Stephanie

Stephanie is an avid yogi, world traveler, and an extremely talented Human Design Analyst. She is continuously striving to dive deeper into the realms of quantum physics, epigenetics, breathwork, meditation, brain-heart coherence, gut-brain connection, and more - in tandem with Human Design to help people unleash their full potential and unlock the innate wisdom they have stored in their physical bodies. So they can better navigate their soul’s purpose, and step up as deliberate creators they were born to be. Human Design has impacted her life in so many ways from romantic relationships, to friendships, to career changes. And she has made it her life’s work to help others transform their lives by understanding themselves at deeper and deeper levels.

Samantha

Samantha found yoga at the tender age of 14 and has been a practitioner ever since. In 2015, she became 200hr Yoga Alliance certified in El Paso, Texas with a lineage based in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. After an array of life experiences, she was drawn to a 100-hour trauma-informed training in Costa Rica, shifting her focus to a more somatic & trauma-informed lens. She incorporates nature and sustainable practices into her life and enjoys infusing those ideals into her yoga offerings as well. Her teachings & offerings solely aim to give individuals the tools to feel empowered in their healing journey while embodying their authentic selves, finding comfort in their bodies & ultimately realizing that they themselves (and Mother Earth) are their greatest teachers.

Jane

Hello! My name is Jane, and I am a passionate and experienced yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training in yoga. With a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness, I am dedicated to guiding my students on a transformative journey of self-discovery through the practice of yoga and energetics. In my classes, I strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their bodies, breath, and minds. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic lifestyle that can bring about profound positive changes in all aspects of our lives.

As an advocate for lifelong learning, I continue to attend workshops and trainings to expand my knowledge and bring new insights to my teachings. I am also a Reiki II Practitioner, which allows me to infuse my work with energy healing and create a beautiful container for transformation.

Emily

Emily is a former athlete, yoga teacher, holistic nutrition advocate, and adventure seeker, enthusiastic about creating experiences that nurture community, growth, and play. She is a believer that laughter is the best medicine. After many formative years of traveling, competing & playing Division 1 college tennis, she witnessed many of the imbalances competitive sports can have both mentally and physically. She turned to yoga and meditation as a means of self-inquiry, learning to listen and trust her body as a guiding compass in life, developing an increasing sense of harmony in both body and mind. She is a passionate believer in using food to promote health in all aspects of life and turns to be an advocate for others through real food, intentional living, wellness, and community.
